General Dynamics Ordinance and Tactical Systems is proud to offer to qualified instructors the Simunition^® Scenario Safety Course. This course will certify instructors who wish to train responsible citizens with the Simunition^® product line.

Committed to the safety of students using their products and system, Simunition^® has developed, along with FX^® Marking and SecuriBlank^® Cartridges, a complete line of protective equipment and conversion kits, which enable users to conduct realistic training with their personal firearm. Our concern for safety has led us to include training in the safe and effective use of FX^® and SecuriBlank^® technologies as new firearms training tools.

This informative one day program is designed to provide students with an understanding of the FX^® ammunition technology, weapon conversion kits and the line of Simunition^® protective equipment. Additionally, this course will provide guidance as to the roles of both the Range Officer in Charge and the Range Safety Officer.

In the Simunition^® Scenario Safety Course the goal is to train as realistically as possible. Live chemical agent and impact weapons are not allowed. Live ammunition is neither necessary nor permitted at any time during the course.

The course is conducted in a classroom and comfortable casual attire is appropriate.
Students should bring with them safety glasses and note taking material.
